A professional with minimum eight years of experience in HR / OD / L&D across any industry.

Anisha Pandya, Neuroscience And HR

Equipped with a Masters in Psychology and an accredited psychotherapist from ITAA, USA; Anisha has more than 1500 hours of experience in coaching people across India, Singapore, USA and Poland. Internationally certified in NLP (NFNLP, USA), Emotional Intelligence (Six Seconds, USA) and Life Coaching (ICF); she is also a certified MBTI trainer, social emotional intelligence (Sei) assessor, and a T-lab facilitator (Professional member of Isabs)

Bobby Kuriakose, Impact And Influence

Currently, the Director-HR and L&D at Forbes Marshall, Bobby is an alumni of SIBM and a Coach (ICF).  A member of the CII Maharashtra Council and convener of CII Maharashtra Forum on Human Relations, he is also a member of the Corporate Academic Council in multiple universities and has delivered sessions as a speaker at many forums and seminars.

She has also worked with Intel, Motorola, Arthur Andersen & Co., Hewitt Associates; amongst a few.

Manoj Kumar, Hr Analytics

Manoj has spent close to two decades in various leadership roles across fortune 500 firms, helping build multi-geography data, BI and data-science capabilities in salesforce effectiveness, people risk monitoring, talent acquisition strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation. Previously, he has also led as the People Analytics Global CoE at HSBC.

Sachin S. Narke, Program Director

An HR professional with over 20 years of experience with renowned industry giants such as Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, Sachin is currently the Chief Learning Officer and Head HR at Forbes Marshall. Awarded the Level 7 in HR by CIPD, UK, he is certified in OPQ 32r, MBTI, Hogan instruments as well as a Coach & Assessor.
